Wedding Coordination
Platinum Package
Before
• Unlimited guidance & support via phone,
text & e-mail
• 2 in person planning meetings
(up to 2 hours each meeting)
• Provide vendor referrals if needed
(venue, florist, DJ, caterer,
photographer)
• Meet with Bride one time at the venue
to design layout
• Establish floor plan and help guide with
seating chart organization
• Guidance on invitations, wording and
sending out
• Monthly check in with the bride, to do lists
via email
• Liaison between bride and vendors
• Review all vendor contracts
Rehearsal
• Attend/coordinate rehearsal (1 hour)
• Obtain personal items and décor for
ceremony and reception
• Final walk through at wedding site
Wedding Day
• One additional wedding coordinator to
assist with the day
• Directing services on the Wedding Day
• wedding day emergency kit
• Assist Bride and/or bridal party with
pinning flowers, wedding programs, pew
seating, & processional
• Assist with any ceremony decor (altar
arrangements, aisle runner, pew
decorations)
• Set up wedding accessories at reception
site (guest sign in book, place cards, table
decor, favors, portrait, toasting flutes,
cake table)
• Coordinate reception flow along with DJ:
couple's grand entrance, special dances,
cake cutting, announcements, toasts,
bouquet/garter toss, couple's exit etc
• Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, & the wedding party.
• Address any issues that arise during
rehearsal and/or Wedding Day
• Point person for all phone calls day of
wedding (vendors, guests, bridal party)
• Distribute final payments/gratuities to
vendors as directed by couple
• Pass out items for couple's farewell
exit (rose petals, bubbles, sparklers etc.)
• Coordinate return of personal items, decor
& gifts to designated person
• Peace of mind that everything will go
smoothly!
Cleaning, take-down of reception and
janitorial services are not included.
Wedding Coordination
"Month of" Package
• 1 preliminary meeting at the venue to
review all details (6 weeks before)(2 hours)
• 1 planning meeting (2 hours) to create
timeline and details
• Unlimited email and phone support prior
to the wedding
• Collect all vendor information from
Bride/make contact with each vendor
• Rehearsal (1 hour) Bride will bring all items
to the venue at this time for the planner
• 2 Wedding Coordinators to direct
ceremony and reception
• Oversee and confirm all of the ceremony
set-up and reception set-up
• We will set out minimal things like guest
book, candy table, aisle décor, etc.
• Assist with setting out favors, special
decorations
• Ensure that the timeline of events are
followed during reception
• The point of contact for vendors the day
of the wedding
• Emergency Bridal Kit
• Advice and tips to ensure a smooth day
• Based on a 6-hour Wedding Day

By combining services with us, you will maintain a consistency that keeps your theme, budget and details in order. You will also save money by bundling services and eliminating multiple vendors charging extra fees.
We will customize your floral, menu and coordination to fit your exact needs. Our Floral Designer has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and will offer expert advice to help you achieve your goal. Our Catering staff prepares exquisite menus that include everything from Center cut filet all the way to BBQ smoked brisket. Even the most casual affair can have a delicious meal prepared by the best. Floral Options and Menus will be provided along with any upgrades that are offered.
